Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Global Felicity Group, LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our apostille facilitation and related document services.
Last Updated: June 15, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information provided through forms, email, phone, text message, WhatsApp, payment links, uploaded documents, or other communications.
This may include contact information, billing and delivery details, service request details, and documents submitted for review or processing. Documents may include identity, personal, business, court, federal, vital, notarized, or other records related to a client request.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not receive full credit card numbers, but we may receive limited payment-related information, such as billing details, transaction records, and the last four digits of a payment card.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to review requests, prepare quotes, communicate with clients, process payments, facilitate apostilles and authentications, coordinate related services, arrange delivery, provide updates, maintain business records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and operate our business.
We use contact information for service-related communications. Marketing or mailing-list communications are sent only to people who opt in, and recipients may unsubscribe as provided in those messages.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information as reasonably necessary to provide services, process payments, complete document-related requests, comply with law, prevent fraud, protect our business, or follow client instructions.
This may include sharing information with government offices, notaries, translators, delivery providers, payment processors, records providers, technology providers, and other service providers involved in operating our business or completing a client request.
We do not sell client documents or personal information.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Consent
Our website uses cookies and similar browser storage. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working: navigation, our intake and contact forms, basic security provided by our hosting provider, saving your form progress on your own device, and remembering your cookie choice.
Optional cookies are grouped into three categories and stay switched off until you allow them: Analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google analytics tags, used to understand site traffic and page usage), Marketing (Google advertising and remarketing tags), and External media (third-party embeds — currently the Trustpilot review widget).
You can accept all, reject all non-essential categories, or choose category by category when you first visit, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer. We keep a record of your choice, the categories allowed, a policy version number, and the date and time — no name, email, or other personal detail is stored in that record. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
5. Records, Security, and Retention
We may keep records, document copies, service notes, communications, payment records, tracking information, and related materials as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and protect our business.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your Privacy Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond as promptly as practicable. Some information may be retained as required by law or as necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
