Florida requirements to know
- Submissions require an original certified copy or certificate of status (photocopies are not acceptable), plus a completed Apostille and Notarial Certificate Request Form.
- You must include either a self-addressed stamped envelope or a prepaid, pre-addressed air bill listing the requestor as both sender and recipient.
- Payment must be by check or money order in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank; cash and credit cards are not accepted.
- Notarized documents must contain a full notarial statement and the notary's original signature, stamp, and seal.
Once you have the eligible document, GFG can review it, coordinate the apostille process, and arrange tracked return shipping. Additional certification requirements may apply depending on how the document was issued.

Already living abroad?
Many Florida-born clients now live overseas. Mail the certified original to us, or have a contact in the U.S. send it, and we'll ship the apostilled document internationally.
Why use a service instead of filing yourself?
Florida's process is detailed: an exact request form, check or money order only, and a strict return-envelope rule. Clerk-certified court documents also carry an extra fee. We handle those specifics, so a missing form or the wrong payment doesn't send your document back.
