Accepted documents are an original or certified copy of a document issued by a Washington government entity, a certified Washington court document, or a personal document notarized by a Washington notary with a full notarial certificate.
Payment must be by check or money order payable to the Secretary of State (cash/card accepted only at the Cheney same-day location).
The Cheney office location offers same-day service only, for a $150 fee, and records all visits to public record.
